We are so proud of our new Christmas tree. This tree will service our family for many years!

I was a little unsure about it as I worked 'fluffing' it out but once it was done it is BEAUTIFUL. I love the tree and honestly didn't think I could find one as nice as the one I was replacing. The only negative thing I can say is 'to me' there is too much space between the lower branch and the bottom of the stand. Other than that it is perfect.

I take my Christmas trees very seriously, so when my previous tree broke beyond repair, I didn't think I would ever find a tree I would love as much again. Then I stumbled across Christmas Lights Etc.com & was elated when I found this gorgeous flocked Hawthorne tree! I could not wait to receive it! I did inquire about the flocking, as I have a dog & a cat & the company assured me it was non toxic. We now have the tree up & it is sooooo bright! I thought the frosted white lights might mute them, but it doesn't! And everything looks as it if it just came out of a snowy woods! My ONLY issues are that no matter how I position the branches, There are a lot of large gaps between the bottom branches that I cannot seem to fill it. The top seems a lot bushier & fuller than the bottom. And rather than the cord for the lights running all they way back to the trunk, they stop short & skip to the next branch so you see a lot of straight cords running between those gaps. When first fluffing the tree a lot of flocking will fall off, but that should be expected. There's plenty on the tree so not to worry. In the end, I will make this tree very gorgeous! Thank you Christmas Lights Etc for your SUPERB customer service, even after the purchase! Everyone who sees this tree is jealous. :)

The Hawthorne tree is very pretty. The red berries stand out nicely against the white flocking.

This tree is everything I've ever dreamed of in a tree. It is so beautiful, I think the pine cones are real!!! The berries looks amazing as does the snow. However, my only complaint is that the snow really sheds, like anytime you touch the tree at all. But its worth it to me, worth the price. Shipping was fast, packaging was great. Overall just very satisfied with the tree as well as the company.
