The electrical plug to the upper section string of lights was defective. We chose to make do and avoid the cost of returning the tree.

I was very nervous to order a tree online without seeing it, but I am so happy I did. The tree is perfect and will fit in the small space that I needed it for.

We wanted a slender tree to afford more space in our living room. We loved the warranty on the tree itself but also on the light system. The tree was not as full as we thought it would be for what we paid for it, but once we played with the branches it did fill in.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. Set up was a bit of a challenge, as the instructions were with the top section labeled Part C. Looks great! Love that the warm white LEDs are clean and bright.

We received the tree in 3 days from when we ordered it. The tree is easy to put together. It is a beautiful shape, looks like the real thing! I shaped it, decorated it and am enjoying this lovely tree. We picked it because it is beautiful and has many lights. Everyone has commented how beautiful it is !

I bought this tree after Christmas and have only put it together and plugged it in. The tree is very well lit! I have not spread the branches out but can't imagine it being as full as the picture. That being said it seems to be good quality and I can put it together by myself!

There are more lights concentrated at the top and bottom of tree. You can tell the middle of the tree is lacking of lights!

After having a live tree for many years, we decided to purchase an artificial tree. After several years of looking and being disappointed, I finally found the one at Christmas Lights Etc. It looks so real and is just as full as they describe with many lights and is so easy to put together. They do instruct to fluff the tree and that definitely needs to be done - makes the tree look so full. The LED warm lights are perfect.

I absolutely love my new tree from Christmas Lights Etc. because of its construction, realistic branches, fullness, shape, lighting, and ease of assembly. Originally, we set up the 9 ft tree as purchased, but it was too large for our family room, so we removed the bottom section and placed the top two thirds of the tree in the base to form a beautiful 7 ft tree, which is just perfect for a small space. It has the same lovely shape as the 9 ft tree, offering us a viable option for our home. We are so pleased with our new Christmas tree!
